New leaf. No more eish food.

I now stay away from most processed grains. No bread, pasta, rice, or porridge. My first week proved to be quite a challenge. I work at two schools one school buys me lunch. Mainly pap and meat and some salads, usually beetroot, potatoes and cabbage. Well I said no more Bogobe ...to looks of complete bewilderment and questions if why? I explained u wanted to feel healthy again so I was giving up breads and other named items for just meat and veggies. I'm one week in for a month long experiment... And I feel great! Below was one of ny last bread meals and some other goodies.
